The Mojo Show started from small beginnings, Dan & Faye were destined to become soulmates, both passionate about music, and inhabitants of the same scene it is remarkable they did not come together earlier.
 

Spending evenings listening to alternative music, talking about music and alternative lifestyles, and immersing themselves in live music. When wellbeing station TLC Radio asked them if they had considered doing a radio show, it was an easy transition to doing this live on air. The Mojo Show began, and their following grew.
 

The Mojo Show was granted a larger platform on community radio station East Herts Radio to further develop their style and hone their show, and in partnership, both the show and the station grew together. Growing their audience and attracting new specialist music shows such as Rock & Roll Roadhouse. As EHR moved in a more commercial direction, a need for a new platform, showcasing original artists, creativity and the live music scene became apparent. And Hoodoo Radio was born. 

As the music industry evolves, there is more opportunity to get music out there, but more need for guidance through a changing landscape. Our mission at Hoodoo Radio is to bring you the real soulful sounds of the past right up to the exciting times of today where new generations take creativity to a new level and expand on them.

You are in safe hands, all our team live and breathe music, are critical listeners and are tapped right into our scenes. We will bring you the very best of the past and brand new music before it is even released, from up and coming artists in our areas.
 

We know exactly how hard music venues are fighting to survive in these challenging times, and we know through first hand experience how vital festivals, venues, music clubs and open mics are to developing new talent and allowing it to shine. Which is why we will be showcasing what they have to offer and leading you to the door.
